XMLwriter Help Manual
XMLwriter uses the Microsoft HTMLHelp standard for providing Help documentation. HTMLHelp offers some distinct
advantages such as the ability to implement a combined table of contents and index and the use of keywords for
advanced hyperlinking and search capabilities.
Viewing XMLwriter's Help Manual
In order to view the Help documentation, the HTMLHelp system files will need to be installed your computer.
If you are running a more recent Microsoft Operating System (such as Windows 2000/XP) or a more recent Internet
Browser (such as Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher), the HTMLHelp will already be installed on your computer. Older
operating systems may require the HTMLHelp download. You can check to see if you have the required files
installed by searching for the filename HHCtrl.ocx in Explorer. If you do not have
this file you will need to download
Hhlpinst.exe (717 KB)
to install HTMLHelp on your computer. Simply download and double-click to start installing.
